Founded by Anand Nair, AN Hospitality Advisory LLC is backed by over 25 years of cross-functional excellence spanning luxury hotel operations, food and beverage management, procurement, and commercial leadership.

Throughout his distinguished career across the UAE and international markets, Anand has worked in close synergy with hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, celebrated chefs, procurement teams, project consultants, interior designers, and leading global HORECA brands.

As the former Managing Director of Restofair RAK, Anand spearheaded business strategy, market expansion, team development, and brand positioning across the UAE hospitality sector. His deep domain expertise encompasses porcelain, glassware, cutlery, buffetware, kitchen equipment, smallwares, and furniture, covering everything from complex pre-opening projects and OS&E selection to sales strategy and market entry.
